Board Resolution

Conduct Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) and pass a special resolution with 3/4th majority approval of members .

Apply for name change through RUN (Reserve Unique Name) or Part A of SPICe+ form, paying prescribed fees .
File INC-24
Submit Form INC-24 along with revised MOA & AOA incorporating the new company name .
Certificate of Name Change
Upon approval, ROC issues the Certificate of Incorporation with the new company name .
Update PAN, GST, and Banks
Apply for updated PAN, GST registration, and inform banks, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders about the name change .
